The Yunlong grouper is a hybrid of Epinephelus Moara (♀)and Epinephelus lanceolatus also known as the giant grouper (♂). The company was the first one which developed the Yunlong grouper in China. The most suitable temperature is 22℃ to 28℃. It has many strong points such as the rapid growth speed, the strong stress resistance and the strong temperature and salt resistance. It can be cultured in factories, ponds and cages.
It is delicious and can be prepared into delicious sashimi. The fry and commercial fish of the Yunlong grouper are sold in China and exported to Japan and South Korea. The company offer 6-odd-centimeter-long quality fry and 750-odd-gram commercial fish throughout the year.
